The Abbotsford Youth Commission is hiring a permanent, part-time Youth Worker to support our Youth Centres and recreation programs!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with youth, creating welcoming spaces, and making a positive difference in the community. You’ll spend your shifts playing games and sports, making crafts, baking, and supporting youth as they build confidence, connections, and new skills.

Position details:

• Permanent, part-time position

• Approximately 8–10 hours per week

• $20.00 per hour

• Shifts are between 2 and 6 hours

• Must be available for at least three shifts per week

• Daytime, evening, and occasional weekend availability may be required

• On-the-job training and support provided
