Each month, thanks to the Abbotsford Community Foundation and President's Choice Children's Charity, we are able to host a free dinner for youth at our Youth Centre at MRC. Each dinner is a sit-down family style meal that focuses on nutrition. Youth are able to help prepare and cook the entire dinner, right from start to finish. Every meal is prepared with an emphasis on nutrition, our nutrition coordinator works to find easy to make, yet still nutritious meals that even a youth could replicate.

Chef of the Month: September, November, January, March, and May - one youth will take home a chef's box full of all the ingredients used to make the meal these months.
