Grade 7 & 8 Dances
Info for Parents
- Youth are searched when they enter to ensure no contraband
is brought into dance
- All doors are watched
- Youth are not allowed to leave dance and come back, are
allowed to stand outside front door for air
- Police are there to build relationships with youth (youth
squad) and to help chaperone.
- Many staff and volunteers (adults)
- Adults are not allowed into the dance unless escorted
- Youth must have pre-purchased tickets and valid student ID
to get in dance.
- Chaperones walk through dance
- Concession for snacks (candy, chocolate bars, pop, water)
- Dance starts at 7:00 and ends at 10:00
- Please pick up @ 10:00
- We have a coat check, please don't send in youth with
sleeveless top and no jacket in November!
- Encourage no purses as there is no where to put them
